How is 233Apps BI priced?
A one-off setup fee to connect your systems and build your dashboards, then a monthly subscription based on the number of data sources and users. The subscription covers hosting, upkeep, the AI analyst and a monthly review.
Do we need to replace our current systems?
No. 233Apps BI reads from the accounting, sales and payment systems you already use. Nothing changes for the people who enter the data.
Do we need Power BI or other licences?
We recommend the platform that suits your business and existing licences. If you already use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we usually build on what you have.
Can we start with dashboards and add AI agents later?
Yes. Most clients start with 233Apps BI. Once the data is connected and trusted, adding an agent is faster because the hard groundwork is already done.
How accurate is the AI analyst?
It answers only from your connected data and shows the figures behind each answer, so your team can check them. If a question falls outside the data, it says so.
